How do I access my account?


You can view your account anytime by clicking the Account link in the top, right-hand corner of any page, or directly at https://walkingtree.org/my-account/.

If you do not know your password, you can reset it below. For security reasons, we cannot recover your existing password. You must reset it if you don't remember it. https://walkingtree.org/my-account/lost-password/.

How do I use my account?


Your account has three primary purposes:

  1. Grant quick access to your group's Program Webpage.
  2. Allow you to see every payment made and any yet to come, and update your method of payment.
  3. Let you update your contact information as well as your account's password.

I'm on the checkout screen and it's asking me to log-in to my account, but I don't have one.


If you've previously attempted to enroll for a program on our website, then an account has already been created for your email address.  Please log-in via the account page before you attempt to finish the checkout process.
