How do I access my account?
You can view your account anytime by clicking the Account link in the top, right-hand corner of any page, or directly at https://walkingtree.org/my-account/.
If you do not know your password, you can reset it below. For security reasons, we cannot recover your existing password. You must reset it if you don't remember it. https://walkingtree.org/my-account/lost-password/.
How do I use my account?
Your account has three primary purposes:
- Grant quick access to your group's Program Webpage.
- Allow you to see every payment made and any yet to come, and update your method of payment.
- Let you update your contact information as well as your account's password.
I'm on the checkout screen and it's asking me to log-in to my account, but I don't have one.
If you've previously attempted to enroll for a program on our website, then an account has already been created for your email address. Please log-in via the account page before you attempt to finish the checkout process.
