Per the previous page, please use the total from the form ($25 per family to attend the Trek to Machu Picchu event and $10 per t-shirt) to calculate a total for the field below. If you are simply making a donation, please enter that amount below. You also have to enter something for the Participant Name and Program and please use “Lakeridge Middle School” for both.
