La fête du 29th
Juliette: I had a lot of fun playing tag with Edith the friends and the kids.
Léonore: The food was really good and I had fun playing tag with everyone.
Penelope: The party was a great idea to spend one last night with the families.
Lucie: Everyone looked really good and everyone was getting along, the food was really good as well
Simone: I had so much fun eating dinner with my family and playing tag in the fields with my host siblings, lfsf friends and other host family children.
Charlotte : I had much fun hanging out and speaking Spanish all the time with the girls of my family and other host family siblings and playing tag with everyone in the field.
Madeleine: I had a really great time getting ready and dressed with my friends and meeting new people and being able to converse with them. I enjoyed eating with my family and playing tag with my class and family.
Manon: I was glad that we got to play tag with the family kids, even though we didn’t know each other.
Les familles
Juliette: when they welcome us to their house and open arms. And they also let go in the truck in the night
Léonore: the family was really caring and the food was really good
Penelope: It was really fun to be with the families and great to improve my Spanish. It was interesting to eat rice and beans for breakfast.
Lucie: Seeing how much they cared about us even though we barely knew them and had a language barrier was really heartwarming.
Simone: I loved our dinners together, speaking Spanish and English with my host father, my host mother’s delicious cooking, talking about the drama with my host sister Liz, bonding with their dog Luna and playing Uno during the mornings and evenings all together.
Charlotte: I had so much fun speaking with my host family all the time in Spanish, playing bilangual card games with the host children, eating the delicious food my host mother made for us, playing with the animals in the house    and it was so nice to see they cared so much about us.
Madeleine: My host family was so sweet and kind and even though we had a language barrier we were able to converse and learn about each other. My family also had a daughter around my age so me and my friends where able to befriend her and even with the language barrier we were able to converse about all topics.
Les cours d’espagnol 
Juliette: I had a lot of fun doing the musical chairs and also playing hot potato.
Léonore: I had fun playing games and at the end they gave us candy
Penelope: We played fun games to improve our Spanish like charades, sopa de lettras and others.
Lucie:Playing different games to improve our Spanish and communicating with people I don’t usually talk to
Mr. Miller: learning about cheese production and being welcomed by such a friendly community
Mme Robé: I feel like I now have a Costa rican mum and dad
Anton: going into the forest with my host dad and learning from him about coffee and tasting the coffee fruit
Simone: I loved playing musical chairs, completing “crucigramas”, creating chants and playing other fun games with my group.
Charlotte: I loved playing games with the Spanish teachers and my peers all in Spanish and enjoying new and different experiences with them.
Madeleine: The games were very immersive and funny especially creating the chants and the sack race.
Manon: The various games played were fun, helpful, interesting and we were all eager to play.

Blog 1: Highlights of our adventure in Costa Rica

We have compiled the highlights of our trip in Costa Rica so far. Here are some of the memorable moments shared by the group:
#### Charlotte:
– Playing a bilingual vocabulary game with the little girls of our host family.
#### Louise:
– Charlotte helping me with my Spanish when I couldn’t remember words.
#### Eva Rose:
– Meeting all the 8 dogs and 1 cat.
#### Julien:
– Enjoying the traditional food we ate for dinner, which was really yummy.
#### Maddie:
– Liked Liz, our host sister.
#### Simone:
– Liked her host sister, host family, and their dog Luna.
#### Yona:
– Enjoyed playing Uno with Liz, who is very sweet.
#### Camille:
– Really enjoyed playing with the dog and oranges.
#### Penelope:
– Liked the food, the dog, and the cat.
#### Leonore:
– Loved the food.
#### Julian:
– Watching the mountains and rivers.
#### Nico:
– Enjoying the bus rides and seeing the different landscapes.
#### Lucie:
– Liked the 8 dogs and 1 cat.
#### Marco:
– Going through the bumpy roads.
#### Mateo:
– Liked the people and community.
#### Celeste:
– Enjoyed doing DIY activities with the family.
#### Sienna:
– Meeting the two kids of the family, Sam and Koryma.
#### Cullen:
– Found the house extremely large and adventurous.
#### Merlin:
– Appreciated how nice the people were.

– Really enjoyed socializing with the family.

– Thought the families were cool.

– Found the hotel experience fun.
