Will Walking Tree book my flight?<\/span><\/h4>\n

Yes, we will arrange and pay for all group travel from a designated departure city to the destination country. These flights are chaperoned either by the Group Organizer\/s or our program leaders. We provide a flight manifest \u2013 complete with reservation codes and ticket numbers \u2013 to the group organizer before departure. <\/span>Once enrolled, we will provide a detailed information about program-specific travel day logistics.<\/p>\n

Please remember that checked baggage fees are the responsibility of the traveler. We recommend you visit the airline\u2019s baggage webpage to find out about baggage fees and options. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

What documents do I need to travel?<\/span><\/h4>\n

To travel internationally, you must have a passport that is valid for at least six months after your program return date. In addition, you may need a visa depending on your nationality and the country or countries you are visiting. For countries requiring a visa from U.S. travelers, we will provide you with information necessary to help you apply for and obtain a visa upon enrollment in the program. Non-U.S. citizens must check local visa requirements, including requirements for countries passed through in transit. For U.S.-based programs, we recommend bringing a school I.D., driver\u2019s license, or other form of identification.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Can I\u00a0\u00a0use frequent flier miles to purchase my ticket?<\/span><\/h4>\n
