Refund and Discount Policy


A deposit of $250 is required at the time of your enrollment. This is not an additional fee, and comes off the balance of your tuition. The deposit is nonrefundable 72 hours after you have submitted it.  If the program does not hit the minimum pre-established enrollment, we will refund the deposit.


For students applying for financial aid, the deposit is 100% refundable if we are unable to come to an agreement with your family on financial aid. If on the other hand the aid package is finalized, the deposit check will be cashed.


Fees for credit card payments will not be refunded.


120 days prior to departure, 25% of tuition is nonrefundable.
90 days prior to departure, 50% of tuition is nonrefundable.
60 days prior to departure, 100% of tuition is nonrefundable.

If you apply within 90 days of your program, 100% of tuition is due at the time of enrollment.
Final tuition payment is due 75 days prior to program departure.
Any participant who returns from a program before the scheduled return date forfeits the tuition and must cover all expenses associated with an early return.


Applications received after the registration deadline, for both Custom and Open Enrollment Programs, may be subject to additional tuition fees for airfare, hotel, transportation, administration and other expense increases.


For Open Enrollment programs only, a 10% discount will be awarded to all returning alumni and a 30% discount for all Junior Leaders.
